For the Heesen Yachts yard number 13750, Van Oossanen and Associates did the preliminary design work together with the Heesen design team. We did a weight estimate, performed structural calculations according to ABS and drew the construction plan, determined the tank layout and performed resistance and propulsion and stability calculations. All this work resulted in a set of drawings which embodied both the original design concept and the general arrangement, while fulfilling all the technical requirements.
