This 29' motor yacht was designed by Studio Delta, for a foreign client. He approached us for the evaluation of the design, and where possible to recommend improvements.

We investigated the hull form, the propeller tunnel, skeg, rudders and the propulsion system.

We were able to make several recommendations, which:

• improved the top speed through a reduction in resistance;
• improved seakeeping behaviour;
• reduced the risk of propeller cavitation.
